Carlos Juan in San Antonio, Texas, has received mixed reviews about the local immigration court, with some positive experiences highlighted amidst the criticism. While many reviewers express frustration over the lack of phone support and unhelpful staff, there are also commendations for interpreters and certain staff members who provide excellent assistance. Overall, despite the challenges faced, some individuals find value in the educational aspects of the judicial process and appreciate the friendly service from specific team members.
Cleeks working at this immigration court are very rude. They don’t answer questions and offer no help.
Was at court house to report for Jury Duty along with 2-4 hundred other residents reporting for duty. Actually pretty awesome. Did get an exemption due to being care provider for a disabled, diabetic, hypertension, etc… elderly lady! My Mom! Was certainly educational and intriguing, was looking forward to trying a case, can not leave Mom alone all day though! I think I would respect the process more knowing the inner workings of our judicial system! Murder case would have been awesome!
