Hire a better attorney. Terrible communication, no accountability, get ready for excuses instead of good attorney client relationship. Insinuated threats of poor representation for my ongoing case, after I confronted Todd on no word after 8 months. All numbers I had for Todd were disconnected. When I was able to get a hold of Todd, with the help of my attorney I was insulted, called nasty, & hung up on. 08/20/2024. I have recorded phone conversations for listening on my YouTube channel and Telegram email for more info.
CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO FOLLOW-UP. Hired Todd Simons on February 14th. Plea was due on the 27th. He received the retainer of $2500 and said he would file notice with the court that he was representing my interest. I never received any notification, update or information from Todd Simons. On the 23rd I received notice from the court that representation notification had not been received. From the 23rd to the 26th I called, emailed, and texted Todd but received no reply, NONE. I had to go to court alone and enter a not guilty plea, worst, I had to show proof I had hired an attorney who was a no show to get an extension. I contacted my Credit Card company to get the charges reversed. Never , have I had such an experience with a Licensed professional. This will be followed by a complaint to the Texas Bar!
I wouldn’t recommend Todd Simon’s. This man will not get back to you in a timely manner. Look elsewhere for better results.
