They definitely don’t listen to who they are. Representing I think they could careless as long as they get payed for doing absolutely nothing. Glad to see I ain’t the only one they screwed 2.5 not that promising. Definitely stay away from these very dishonest people. Especially Andy Rose.

My 81 year old mother recently was referred to your firm by a prominent land man. Our family has had ties to Midland for five generations. We were handed off by the office manager to JOSEPH RODRIGUEZ, who told my mother he would work with her. We needed help with deeds on several mineral properties so they could be transferred to a limited family partnership. He blurted out “youre just trying not to be sued”. He said he would send his email and then blew it off. Still my mother wrote up and sent documentation by certified mail, hoping to begin the work. Two weeks later its crickets. I dont mind if your firm is too busy to accept new clients, but to say you are accepting a client and then waste our time by blowing us off is despicable and reflects very poorly on what I had hoped was a professional organization. I hope your firm is better than this and that Mr. Rodriguez is just a bad apple. I do know it was hard to get a call back by my mother, which is when I called and reached an office manager, who regretfully put me through to Mr. Rodriguez. I recommend you reach out to Mr. Rodriguez and train him in ethical behavior and showing respect to clients and potential clients. Or at least to say not interested so those trying to work with your firm dont have their time wasted.
