When it came to the people who helped with getting the case together they were nice and helpful, but when it came to dealing with Rick McGuire he’s the most disrespectful and rudest person ever. He got my case mixed up with someone else’s then I tried to have a conversation over the phone with him wouldn’t even let me talk just kept yelling and when I finally was able to say something I asked is there a reason why he’s being so rude especially when I’m a client and was told I needed to find a new attorney. He would always send me letters insulting me, when I finally received my file I found out he stole $2,500 from me and won’t answer phone calls anymore all of a sudden.Would never recommend him to anyone disrespectful and unprofessional!
Very professional and helpful
This is the worst law firm I’ve ever seen in my life these people don’t communicate with you don’t help you at all. all they do is tell you it’s their policy it’s their policy they do nothing to help their customers they do not care what you have going on in your life the only thing they care about it their money they don’t care about the customers at all I would never recommend these people to anyone I will never use them again it’s been almost a year and the lady I just spoke with has a such a poor attitude ridiculous.
