If I could give zero stars I would..I gave them 3,000 cash for something I may have needed them for,but didnt end up needing them.I requested my retainer refund over 2 months ago we are going into the 3rd month now still no retainer back..I still have the copy of the email I sent along with my receipt for the cash that I payed to them,and still have not got it back.Everytime I call, the two lady’s that work there are very RUDE and give me conflicting info like there not on the same page with the info they give out..I just want my retainer back.They had no problem taking it,but they give you a hard time when it’s time to give it back.This has created a financial burden for my family.Make sure you get Everything in writing they say because they seem to FORGET alot and leave out info….I highly do not recommend them.This is very unprofessional on every level.
Worst lawyers office I’ve ever been to in my life…VERY RUDE and unprofessional staff that obviously doesn’t know there job…would not recommend…
