The Washington Firm, P.C.

I started with the Washington firm in August 2007. One of my clients recommended Nate after she found that I loss my son 4 days later. I put Tasha under the dyer, when she came back to my seat to get serviced she had 5 to 6 names written down for me. I asked which one did she truly believe in and of course she chose Nate. I prayed over my situation and let him enter our lives ( my children and myself). It was a rough journey, everything he tried the trucking company had already done. I was a barber stylist a mother of 3 living children. They mean the world to me. At the time Nate and Katrina didn’t have children, I told him to fight as though these where his own. My pastor was against him and others saying that he didn’t have what I needed to win my case. I didn’t listen and unto this day I never received a dime for my son death other than my insurance company paying . My girls received a small amount that was issued of partially until they turn 23 year’s of age. He promised me then the wouldn’t take from their money but of course nothing is done for free. I loss my only son,I put my trust in Nate a man who didn’t know me, had no children of his own and even though I still had fight in me he didn’t he gave up. My pastor said they paid him off,but I never listened I stood by his side. I would call leave messages never to get a response so yes then I was angry and would curse out who ever I felt was in my way… Any case that was challenging I didn’t feel like he put much energy in, but I trusted my lawyer. I always knew that he’d get better with time, but a few year’s back I start noticing the change. The Nate that would call anytime of the day or night has now fell off. We couldn’t call his cellphone any more, everything was through the office they went through so many people it was ridiculous, but being a owner I know you can have bumpy roads. I stayed because he had grownon me. I had a case and noticed that instead of the receptionist tagging me and Nate she tagged Katrina. When I called she said sorry but that’s what she told me to do then sent out another email with just me & Nate. I’m trying to break down to my recent experience so that I can get you to see that jealousy had came in place. Nate and I had to down earth conversation about our lives this man never came on to me, said anything inappropriate to me at all. We had became friends in my world. I came into the office on a scheduled visit to sign paperwork with one of the ladies in the office as I was about to leave I asked them (now it’s 3 ladies helping me) in the front two rooms look for a email that came from Katrina so I could pay her for a case about my home. This is the first time she would have taken a case for me I only worked with Nate. As we looked for the email Katrina came and stood in the middle of us and said, I don’t know why y’all are looking for that email I told them I wasn’t taken your case. All the ladies looked shocked because she had told them no such thing. As a woman i can only take so much. Katrina said it’s $5000 to pay off the house it’s $3500 for me you might as well take that and pay the house off. If you even still have a house. They could be lying to you. Your always trying to get something from us for free. I believe you still owe me. I stood up and say wait im not about to let you disrespect me I don’t have h#@ in me if I owe you something send me a invoice so I can pay it. Now her mouth wide open but you was a big bad wolf a minute ago. I got my momma this home 25 years ago im not letting her and noone else take it from me. I haven’t cursed anyone in that office in about 3 year’s I learned I didn’t have to get my words across to them in that way.. I had left, I called back and set a appointment with Nate for the next week, that day I called and was told Katrina would be calling me and sending a email. I waited 2 whole days when I came to the office I was told the samething. She had Mia send me a email saying I always want something for free and that I cursed out the people in the office.
