Law Office of Sal Espino

This office was referred to me by my title company; Allegiance Title to which he is affiliated with.. It started out ok and then regressed quickly. We changed direction mid way from one legal form to another on an Escrow Officers opinion of my needs. I had to reach out to see where they were with my docs, I had to spell check and send back docs that had highlights left in the legal docs that were sent to me. I had to twice request that this office “lead” in the needs of my docs and not make me make these decisions. Lastly; they did not know how to send a docusign link and kept using the same email thread for all responses and sending attachments. I ended up sending the PDF around to signers to download, sign and return to me so I could have all signatures and initials on the same page. Thanks but no thanks.
