Took time to explain my options. Having a special needs grown son makes things a little unusual but Ms. Nettles took it in stride.
Received call to change the time of our appointment to accommodate Ms Nettle’s court hearing. Arrived 15 mins early and the receptionist stated she will be with us shortly and to take a seat right outside her office, her door was open and waited 10 minutes after our appointment time and still waiting, no hospitality or communication from her nor the two receptionist. Got up and left. It would of been nice hear that it will be a few moment or some type of communication. As we left the one receptionist looked at us and didn’t say a word. Why would I hire this atty to take care of my needs when she cannot meet the appropriate time to meet with us. Is this how she would handle my needs….to be put on the way side?
Mrs Nettles was thorough and informative, kind and thoughtful. Everything we needed and wanted during this trying time.
