I had a fall at work that caused a fracture to my left wrist and left knee torn meniscus that needed surgery. Once at Scruggs law firm assistant Arrazola Jonatan interview and voiced i had a case. Had my meniscus repair to my left knee after a year of limping due to a fall. According to Incompetent Arrazola i had a strong case post my surgery and that they would try to get my fracture wrist repair to get a higher percentage of disability. I lost my case against Sherr Legate either due to incompetence of Jonathan Arrazola lack of experience or my case got sold out to Legate team. I lost 3 years waiting for my wrist fracture to get repair . In the end i got my left knee meniscus repair my left wrist forgotten and ignored due to Doctor saying fracture could of happen before not due to fall on my all 4 hands and knees. No compensation no thank you just you Arrazola voicing you will receive final paper work in the mail. When i ask so what was the outcome Arrazola voiced you lost is done is over. But during this 3 years of lies it was always very difficult to get a hold of Arrazola will never return calls and would only answer phone after i being persistent calling constantly. I went to Scruggs firm to get there service not a assistant that lacked experience and knowledge that had no fight in him and whatever the opposition said goes.I would never recommend anyone to this law firm God forbid they fall into the assistants hands an he loses someone else case.
They don’t have the courtesy to call you and advise you on your case. Going elsewhere. Unprofessional..
Took my Dad to his appointment. While waiting, my dad found conversation with another client in talking about their injuries on the job. After a couple of times of confirming his wait time he was finally called in. After waiting an hour or more, my dad was called in and aggressively was confronted by a Jackline. Accusing my father of supposedly talking about poor attorney care and wages to the whom he was conversing with in the lobby. She seemed to have heard the “gossip” from two other employees who I imagine weren’t doing there job and found more interest in my father’s conversation in the waiting area. Jakeline looked to what it seemed like took things to a more personal level instead of being professional about the situation, was talking down to my father as if though he did not matter. My father changed the situation into directing her own personal views by telling her that he was not there to argue with her about any conversation that happened in the waiting area but solemnly there to talk about his case and to sign important documents. Now it is sad see my father worried and upset about his case, which has already been dragging without no results take even longer because of jackline’s unprofessional output.
