I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone contact them if you’re having problems with debt. It is not every day that a person sends a Christmas card to his attorney, but I did this with them. I appreciated what they did for my family.
So i got a call from someone today saying i was being sued. I was scared and didnt know what to do. I called the first number to an attorney i could find and they just wanted me to come in. Still was scared so i called the next number. Pete with Richard Weaver & Associates picked up. He went above and beyond. He knew i was not able to pay him and did not have a need for bankruptcy services. He still went above and beyond. He broke it down for me to understand that it was a scam. He also called the number with me on 3 way and stood up for me. I will forever recommend Pete with Richard Weaver & Associates because he did not have to help me but yet he chose to. They are a step above the rest, and are not just looking for money. They actually care about their clients and their not clients. Please everyone use them because they will treat you right and will go above and beyond for you as well!
This law firm KNOWS what they’re doing. PETE was so reassuring and caring at my initial consultation which is FREE. JAZMIN kept in constant contact with me to make sure all my documents were in order. Richard the attorney, came to my creditors meeting and handled it like a PRO. They even helped me after the bankruptcy to raise my credit score. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

When invited to find their profile and share my feelings about working with the law firm, I was honored to share my experience about them. The people at Mr Weaver’s office made this whole process stress free. They worked with my schedule. This legal process was naturally a difficult decision for me but they made it a breeze. I do hope to never require their assistance again, however If I need any help with any other areas of law such as receiving an injury he’s the only lawyer I’ll let get near my legal case. I had no issues, no problems. Pete listened to me about my situation and took a very great interest in my work and family and financial situation.
