Very difficult to get a hold of the office and when we did – they were no help. Left us a voicemail saying to contact state bar of Texas to find another attorney. Disappointment is an understatement.
Got referral to this attorneys office for application of heirship , was told I needed to pay a retainer of $2,500 just to start the application and the attorney said it would most likely be less and he definitely wanted to save me money since I just had lost my mom 2 months before , but after 3 months I kept calling to check status and all they kept telling me was still waiting , finally put a stop suit and stopped everything and asked for the remaining retainer and they said they used it all and also charged me an extra $800 on top of the $2500 , and for what they accomplished nothing and seemed to put any effort into it ! Please be careful before signing any documents or agreements
