Awful customer service. I used Wally Tingley & Associates to originate a loan and Paula Brown specifically won’t answer calls, emails, or voicemail to answer critical points regarding the loan.
Misleading Advertisement
My clients and I have tried over the course of 4 months to get a response from the Wally Tingley Office, specifically Ms. Paula Brown. She is simply unreachable. She never returns our calls, voicemails and emails. She previously agreed to take on the file, then disappeared. It really feels like they have been ignoring us intentionally. As a realtor in the industry for over 10 years this is absolutely awful and unacceptable service from a title company. I truly believe this was not Wally’s intention when he started in this business many years ago. Because of this and his previous reputation, I am more disappointed than I thought I would be. So sad.
