If I can I would put 0 stars. This guy is not a good attorney and he tried to scam my mom more than 1000 dollars when it was only supposed to be 300. His office had many excuses in not returning the money until a month of us spam texting and calling they finally returned the money. Please be careful with this guy and his office if you plan on working with him.
I chose this law firm from my legal protection plan. I consulted with attorney Mario Flores on the phone for 8 minutes and sent him documents to review. His legal assistant put me on his calendar. Toward the end of that day, I called during business hours, but no one answered. I reached Mario on his cell phone, and he said his assistant “messed up” when scheduling. He said he had not reviewed my case and would not look at it until the following Monday. I reached out twice since then, but he did not return my calls or emails. It is apparent he is not interested in helping me further, but I would have preferred he told me that rather than ignoring me. My legal plan paid him a full consultation fee for an initial 8 minute converation, followed up by a one-minute call where he treated me rudely.
