The Union City Criminal Office in Union City, Tennessee, has received mixed reviews, particularly regarding its court processes and customer service. While some individuals express frustration over hard benches and lengthy court proceedings, others appreciate the community’s engagement in activities like bicycle racing. Overall, there is a desire for improvements in the system, with many hoping for better communication and support from the office.
The benches are very hard and uncomfortable
What an absolute joke. Got a ticket that I was convicted of based on an officer who perjured himself. Sgt M Simpkins lied directly under oath on 2 key points. When asked if there was audio video of the stop he replied yes there was. According to Union City Police Department there is not. There’s no gray area here. Either he lied or the police are covering crap up.
This court is absolutely ridiculous. It’s almost like they try to MAKE YOU PLEAD GUILTY. I got a ticket , in which I am not guilty .. and have been coming to court for THREE YEARS. They constantly reset dates without notice, make you sit through court just to reset. A never ending circle of MISSING WORK , Just to do the same thing. And then there is NOBODY that can assist , or help.
