Garrett Knisley was a fantastic lawyer to work with. During a stressful and painful time in my life, he offered clear and supportive guidance. During settlement discussions, I was ready to accept the initial offers but Garrett reassured me that the offers were low and that I had to remain patient. He stated that Iffers are always initially low with the hope they are accepted because people are eager to settle sooner rather than later. I took Garrett’s advice and let him do his negotiations. It took several more months to finally settle but we settle 3x more than the initial offer. Thank you Garrett for your expertise and carful handling of my case.
