I would give it zero stars if I could. I hired Hannah back in January of 2025. I have heard very little from her. Every time I tried to reach out to her to discuss my case, I received zero response. She claimed that work is stopped until I made payment and I clearly did make payment on time when I messaged her assistant earlier.

I have never felt more humiliated or disappointed. In the beginning, Hannah gave the impression that she was compassionate and willing to help. I made it clear that my situation was unique and deeply important to me, but she never took the time to ask meaningful questions or understand the details. Despite repeated attempts to contact her—via phone and the Clio app—I rarely received responses. Chloe also appeared to screen my calls. I even offered to pay more in hopes of being taken seriously, but still heard nothing. Ironically, when my daughter called from her phone, someone answered immediately.

From my experience, Hannah is fantastic.
