Horrible experience. Lack of accurate communication if at all. Like many other clients, I have yet to receive my settlement. My case has been in the works since Dec of 2020 and I am still trying to get it resolved. Multiple “attorneys” and paralegals have started and quit the firm. Deadlines are missed. Balls are dropped for years at a time. Working with this “firm” is a true struggle – save yourself time and headache and try somewhere else.
My experience has been terrible. I was involved in an accident in August 2017. Just settled with GEICO October 2024. Attorney GRAY has never updated me on any stage of case. Attorney office has held settlement check going on 90 days and according to atty Brown there are other steps to be taken.
