I hired this man thinking he was going to help my significant other. 8 months in, my significant other in 3 different jails waiting on a court date where hruska represented him. He did not object to false claims that was made against my significant other, claims that were EASILY proven,as a judge had signed off on documentation stating what was being told on him was FALSE but hruska did not do his job as his lawyer and represent him accordingly or accurately. My significant other took that and has been waiting on parole. We were told by a judge his lawyer needed to put in the paper work that proved he completed certain steps of his probation in order to get the good time he deserved and hruska acts like he doesn’t know what paper work to fill out. If you need a lawyer that is actually going to do what you pay him to do, what he went to school to learn and know how to do, do not hire this man. We asked again today about paper work we needed him to fill out and he acted like because my significant other goes up for parole in ten days that it does not matter. He will fill your head with false hope and unrealistic work that he can not and will not fulfill.
