Worst experience ever. Will never use or recommend. He is very persistent in wanting to be paid but when he doesn’t do anything for your case in 3 months but file 1 piece of paper and you fire him. He doesn’t want to give you your money back. I’m not the first person he has done this to. He won’t return emails or phone calls. I was billed for conversations he never even had. It felt like he was working for the other side. In fact he sent some mail addressed to me but mailed to my ex husbands home. I never even gave him his address. Still pretty sure he was not out to help me at all. Do not hire him. If you did, don’t expect him to do your case any due diligence. And definitely don’t expect him to pay you back. Because he won’t. Even the legal board didn’t agree with his decision. Oh but he offered $500 back which to shows guilt.
Mr Wallace was appointed to my case as my public defender and so far I have no complaints and he does a good job he’s nice and pleasant and prompt
I will never recommend Mr.Wallace to anyone. I sent 14 emails with zero response. I called 11 times with no call backs. His assistant is just as bad. Very rude and unprofessional. He is also a liar and a thief. Im filing a complaint on him with the legal board.
