We called and asked questions before going. We were transferring a deed into our name. When we showed up with everyone to sign because we were told on the phone we could sign then they would take care of the rest the lady at the front was super rude and then told us sarcastically that we could not sign that day. She said they had to draw up the papers and didn’t have time. We kindly explained to her what we were told over the phone and she then decided to talk down to me like I was a child. She was rude again today when we went to sign. We had an appointment but was made to go up to the window in the lobby to sign instead of being brought back to a room. This lady has been extremely rude to us. I wish now we would have just driven however far we needed to not to have to deal with this lady. The other lady was super nice but didn’t make up for the misinformation and rudeness of the other.
They were friendly,they explained everything to me. They worked fast & got what I needed done!
