We used Foti for our closing over a year ago and it was a huge mistake! We regret it to this day. Foti law firm promised to follow up on an issue after closing. It was Something they put in an addendum regarding a driveway cutout that wasn’t completed.The seller did not follow through with the addendum, Foti never fought for our rights, yet all along they strung us along saying it was being worked on(yet it never was). We were mislead, lied to, and over a year later they have yet to fight for our rights. It’s sad that a firm can treat clients like this and the attorneys not be held responsible for their neglect. We held on to hope that Foti and their team were actually doing what they said and hoped they would do what they know is right. That has proven useless and the time has come to address it. Foti, I’m sorry but you all had your chance to follow through on promises, return phone calls, and do the right thing by your client. Now it’s time for us to act. This is a good start. We have not forgot about it, we still live every day with the stress of buying a home without a driveway (a driveway we were led to believe was being taken care of by you) A new year and a goal to fight for what’s right is great motivation!
Foti Law firm is a very professional and reliable firm. We used them several times and were very happy how they just got the job done. Jimmy and his team deserve to be recognized for their flawless work.
