BE VERY VERY CAREFUL…Worst experience to date! The buyer has the keys to a new home and yet I have no money in my bank account. Stacey Earnest was so rude, making me jump through hoops, along with attorney Glenn to make sure that the closing occurred today… just for me to NOT get my money and then told that I have to wait until Tuesday. How is this even possible? Oh wait, I know because Stacey didn’t send the wire out before wire cut off. This should be illegal and she shouldn’t have a job. I would have never ever signed any paperwork to have a closing on a Friday to not get my money until a Tuesday…it is honestly mind-blowing to me! I could have had a real live paper check overnighted to me. I will never use this firm again!! And if I have buyers that want to use Nelson & Galbreath I won’t accept them as my attorney’s. Even Guest & Brady can at least admit when they make mistakes..even giving discounts on their fees when their paralegal screws up. This transaction here is a good reason why I don’t want to own homes in the state of South Carolina anymore.
