I had the same experience as Melissa. I actually started requesting documents directly from the court, which you can tell is unusual because the court questioned if I had a lawyer and why it wasn’t my lawyer requesting the documents. I gave up on going to the lawyers for anything because, as Melissa said, they were often unresponsive to email. If I really needed a response I had to call them.
