I am writing to formally address the sudden cancellation of my scheduled consultation with Attorney Allen Ladd. This appointment, confirmed last week, concerned an urgent matter with a critical deadline. All necessary documents, along with the associated case study, were submitted in advance.
I highly recommend this firm , they are really good at working with people.
Terrible service and experience. Once they take your money they don’t care how long it takes and treat you like you’re annoying them go somewhere else

Used to be a great attorney now his paralegals they take your money and they don’t even answer your calls or messages you have to track your own case and advise them for whatever is happening and what needs to be done
I would give them more stars if I could. The entire process was explained from start to finish and the crew went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I can not recommend Mr. Ladd and is team of professionals enough. they were always available to talk to and had all information on hand and the answers to my questions before I even asked them. Getting a Greengard can be a stressful time but with Mr. Ladd and crew leading the way, you will have nothing to worry about.
I am highly disappointed with this law firm. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told I had to pay 150 consultation when let’s not forget I’ve been A client for 7 years and paid all my feeds.i had to Wait for a week for them to give me a call Yes they are friendly but their Friendliness is not taking care of my case .my husband’s interview was for 03/22/23 they had to cancel Because they realized at last minute They were missing information and that’s because I kept questioning. What they had in file that’s the only reason they realized . Of the missing information I do not recommend this law form they go through so many paralegals at least 5 since I’ve been with them so my case has been from one hand in another so it’s easy to miss information like that

A great immigration lawyer, but I could not afford him. I was looking for a pro bono lawyer. There doesn’t seem to be one in Greenville or Clemson area.
I am highly disappointed with this law firm. I called to schedule an appointment and it was set for a Monday. Later I received confirmation that it was on a Tuesday. I never received a call for neither date. Then, another notification that it was on Wednesday. I had to call to find out what was going on. They apologized and said it was a problem with their system. I was scheduled for Thursday. I called Allen on WhatsApp and he never answered. He sent me an email Friday asking me if I was available. After waiting all week for a consultation, I am nothing but disappointed. I will not look into them for anything else.
