They are not forth coming with any information. Have requested information multiple times from the executor over the estate for my grandfathers affairs and from this law office and they have done nothing but tell us they are no longer handling the estate but they still represent the executor. We were told we could reach out to this law office and get any information that we needed and we have received the absolute bare minimum. They should list helping an executor commit fraudulent activity on an estate account as specialty.
I was promised that an estate settlement wasn’t going to take long. Wrong, I did all the leg work, collecting all information for them, that’s driving back and forth to Columbia for doing all the work, and had to keep calling to get the lawyer to do his part, keep promising me he’d take care of it tomorrow, So each time I called to target him working , I was charged for the calls.
