I was very disappointed in my treatment by palmetto State law group. I made an appointment for a consultation and never received a confirmation email. Two business days before my appointment I called the office hoping to make arrangements to prepay for my consultation only to find out that the lawyer who was going to consult with me decided not to follow through with the consultation. It was just unprofessional from start to finish. I wish them well but I was not treated well.
I wasn’t sure at the start of my divorce and custody case where to turn when it came it finding the correct attorney to help me, I was a bit stressed out and nervous. Lizzy is fantastic. She is focused, sharp, and has an acute sense of urgency in her communication and understanding when it came to my case. She listened to everything I had to share and has provided me with reassurance and confidence throughout the litigation process. Lizzy’s effective practice and knowledge on my case and SC law put me at ease. She tells it how it is. Lizzy worked with me, and cares about the case, sounds funny but she cares and took time to really analyze my case at all angles, and I don’t doubt at all that she works as diligently and consistently with her other clients. Lizzy and her paralegal Bonnie are amazing! Bonnie is quick to answer my phone calls and a pleasure to speak with, she’s pretty funny too. Bonnie and Lizzy work best as long as you communicate with them about your case, life changes that may affect your case, and payment arrangements.
