Mr. Vaughan is the Attorney representing both parties to my Real Estate Loan Closing held March 29, 2025. Mr. Vaughan was a little behind schedule but not a concern for me. So, why even bring it up? The point that I want to make is that Mr. Vaughan called to provide periodic updates during the two and a half hour drive to meet at my home, so I had time to have my car washed before his arrival. And the bank had informed me the previous day that even though the appointment is scheduled for 11:00am that the arrival window lasts until 8:00pm, so not really considered behind schedule. Based on dealings throughout my years, the majority of people will not provide any updates when behind schedule, so a person has to wait.
