Working with any of the Nelson & Galbreath offices is a nightmare. The attorney’s do not communicate or even explain things to their clients. I signed over a deed without having to sign a notary book. The Anderson office didn’t even check my ID when I purchased a home. I was told I didn’t need to prove who I was because they have a client portal with my profile…lol. All they do is lie to their clients to get money in their pocket. I don’t understand how they get away with the things they do. They also could careless about all of the complaints a person has, not do they try to even rectify a bad situation. They’ve also tried to overcharge me every single transaction.i will never use any of their offices again. They don’t deserve a dime my money. Be very careful when dealing with them.
