Attorney Gil Malone helped my family prepare our wills, advance directives, and a disabled trust fund. He was experienced and careful will all our documents, and its great to see a local team working together for quite a few years. Gil is very direct and to the point, which I can see might have triggered some of the negative reviews, but I appreciated that he was protecting us.
They called me and left a voice mail. I am not a client, so I called to let them know the person they intended to give the message to, never got it. Asked who I was and then gave me a bunch of attitude. It doesn’t matter who I am, I wasn’t the person they wanted to talk to. Very unprofessional.
Victor Neubaum did an excellent job in facilitating my legal proceedings. He had no issues in answering any questions I had and often responded back after hours to keep me updated. He is matter of fact and to point, and for me that was most helpful in keeping me on track with what needed done.
