Our experience with Maria at Lewis & Macintosh was nothing short of a nightmare. My son was in the fight of his life for custody of his three children, and we turned to Maria, hoping for someone who would truly stand by him. Instead, she took the money (which I had to step in and provide) and completely failed him. She treated my son like he didn’t matter, like he was just another deadbeat dad, which couldn’t be further from the truth. She didn’t push back against the opposing side, didn’t fight for him or his kids, and when we demanded a refund after this disaster, she vanished—no responses, nothing. It’s devastating to see someone entrusted with such an important case be so callous and indifferent. If you care about your family, stay far away from this firm.
Compassionate, thorough, and dedicated
Very unprofessional, never got receipts for cash paid, was ignored when emailing and leaving messages at the firm, nothing was ever resolved. Hope she can sleep at night knowing my son was left with his father that pays no attention to him. Will never recommend this firm lewis and Macintosh to anyone.
