Most of all, they are honest people who truly are interested in the best outcome for their clients life. I am a legal professional and work with attorneys all day, but engaged them for a personal matter. Having worked with attorneys for over a decade, trust me when I say that it’s hard to find the combination of compassion and competence, however you will find it here.
Honestly, it’s nice that I didn’t have to deal with the court and they handled it. Where they lost me was they sent me paperwork for someone else’s case, when I reached out through their app they did not reply. I sent an email and again, no reply. I called them and they were able to answer my question. Later I had a question about dates and again no reply and I had to call. Theb, they quoted me wrong on how much my ticket cost and when I went to pay it was a different price. Once again, I sent an email and no reply. I called and they said they were not sure how it happened. Overall I was not impressed with how they handled mistakes and the fact that it was difficult to get them to reply.
