When paroles guidelines weren’t aligning with my fathers sentencing guidelines we knew we had to do something. After 5 years of being incarcerated with good behavior and 2 years on parole my dad still couldn’t leave the surrounding counties. THATS WHEN we gave Mr. Marsico a call and got to it. A meeting was held and Doug plead the case. After some time and discussion my father and Doug won back my fathers freedom. Parole dropped the ridiculous restrictions until he finished parole. If you’re on parole and need any kind of help call Marsico. He isn’t afraid to help the little person.
When my wife was pulled over for driving on a non dui suspension I knew who to call… Mr. Marsico. Once again he pleaded the case in front of the judge. He explained that my wife left the house because my kids were driving her nuts. She went to the grocery store a mile away to get milk and food. The judge was able to understand my wife was a mother driven to madness by 4 kids and needed an outlet. The charges were dropped and she was ordered to pay court costs.
Whether It’s occupational licensing, a dui, a parole violation and hearing or if you need a honey badger for litigation Mr. Marsico can handle it. If it wasn’t for Mr. Marsico I’d be driving my wife around for a year and going places with my father would have been much harder.
