Had a conciliation hearing today with this guy who showed complete bias against me, a loving and devoted father who has been present, loving, and caring towards my kids since the moment they were born. This guy shouted at me for asking questions in regards to my concerns about their well being. This guy had the brass to actually try to stare me down and intimidate me and I wouldn’t allow it. I called him out for not being neutral and he finally quieted down. I asked him why is telling me I need to stop calling cys when there were many times I witnessed my ex coaching and making my children lie. This is extremely upsetting that this guy can just make a snap call and tell a caring parent they need to back off and be happy with what options he provides.
Very bias and lacks ethics to be impartial. So for anyone who may encounter difficulties in their case where he is residing as Conciliator Please Contact : Judicial Conduct Board of PA w evidence of when and how mr Whare lacked proper delicate of not showing favor to one party more then please contact Cumberland county Bar association to register complaint.
Listened to hear say by the defendant with no proof. Accused father of mother seeing marks and abuse when there was zero evidenced of set abuse allegations!! CYS unfounded.
