*actually he was hired by my husband’s uncle not me and my husband was the one in control of his uncles estate. this man just doesn’t want to fix his mess up. no worries I’ll have my husband leave a review also if that’s the case
*edit 2 months later I’m changing my 4 star to a 1 star THEY OVER CHARGED US by 6600 and when it got brought to their attention he told us we are right we paid the state twice its on us and even if we pay him he won’t amend the inheritance tax. WORSE experience ever. now we have gone to a accountant to fix it and PAY AGAIN.
** we didn’t choose this estate attorney this guy did my uncles will and put it in the will that we HAD to use him for the estate. makes me wonder how many people that haven’t caught on this has happened to.
wonderful people super friendly but communication with their clients could be better along with follow up if something is missing we went in twice to finalize paperwork because the 1st time he has no idea what we were there for and we had to tell him what he had already did and we were never told about only having 9 months before we got hit with late fees from the state
Every closing company knows that, at a condominium association, you are required by Pennsylvania law to obtain a resale certificate. Well, every company except Anthou! They cleared a property to close without bothering to obtain this certificate and caused a big headache. I called them three times in the span of a week about this and they ignored all three messages.
Look for a competent company instead.
Manny and Kris were super helpful and efficient with our real estate closing. Highly recommend!
