This man repersents Susan Jean thaler who lied to this man. She violant her very own contract from day one. She failed to disclose to her realtor that if you ran the well to long it would run dry.she sold us 3/4 of an acre and the survery we had done spring of 2019 says a half acre our survey tells us that the neighbor between susan jean thaler and us his property line runs thru our mobile home and takes the well with it. Leaving the property worth nothing. Then this uncompassion attorney refused to give me a 45 day extenstion on his summons for court when i was in bend oregon in a rehab place rehabing to come home from a horrific pickup accident. Because i had broke my right arm and leg in my accident now we are forced to appeal the judgement So if you want to hire this uncompassion and heartless attorney beware
This lawyer should be investigated for improper conduct under the Idaho Bar Associations expectations of conduct by a licensed attorney in Idaho. Lawyers protect lawyers. DNH for this “lawyer”.
