Very similar experience to the previous review. No call back, no response via email, commitments made on a draft and not kept. Must have enough business already.
Very disappointed in this law firm. My father went in for an initial appointment and Steven seemed to be pretty efficient. Said he would send out a draft within a week. Didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks so called and left a message, no return call. Called 4 more times with 2 weeks after and still didn’t return my calls, even stopped by to leave a message. Heard nothing from him for 2 months so I finally had to take my father to another attorney. A total waste of our time. What kind of attorney doesn’t return your calls. Obviously he doesn’t want any business.
