I went in to Sandy regarding a final distribution settlement of my father’s estate.
I was referred to Attorney Kuenzi by Oregon State Bar for a modest mean program. I called and emailed for two month trying to get ahold of her for a consultation. She never returned any calls or emails. I called the state bar again to get another referral and they told me that they could only refer her and to keep calling. Eventually, her phone number was disconnected. When I notified the Bar they said that she is no longer taking modest means clients. You could have been decent enough to let me know so I wasn’t wasting time trying to get advice for my case. What an ugly way to treat people who come to you for help.
Sandy handled my case which was settled in my favor last year. Sandy was the best person I could have found for my case. She always accepted my calls and if she couldn’t she always returned them. She was always prepared for our meetings and had a direct line of thought for completion. She was up front about all the possible costs and a timeframe I could live with. She was there from start to finish and stuck by me. It never seemed just about the money and she was worth every cent which was one thing she was off on. She was less then the estimated costs.
