Coordinator was cordial at first but refused to take down all the information provided to me by my insurance company proving they would have paid the outstanding balance because they were more worried about collecting the debt. Granted this is what they are paid for, but don’t cut people off mid sentence or interrupt them, and make sure you take down all the information given so you have something you can go back to.

Nothing but liars, along with their clients. Had to get a lawyer to tell them to back off. Just discovered they’re going after my daughter. Time to call my lawyer. Hope they finally get shut down. They’re just vultures who go after people who have MEDICAL debt.

This place called me and left a voicemail and this lady was yawning as she was leaving a voicemail, wow very professional. Not calling back for sure.
