After working with debt consolidation and creditors more than doubling my debt, I opted for bankruptcy because it wasn’t possible for me to earn enough due to my circumstances. This turned out to be a waste of time and money. I spent my saved money to file for bankrupt y, and this place was really raking it in and talking about the easy money planning vacations, etc. I went through hell to get this done, and I was told I couldn’t include student loans (after time elapsed I was informed by loan agency I could have). It seems much of my debt remained unresolved after this expensive and inconvenient waste of time. I kept my car and debt, kept my student loan debt, my medical debt remained until written off, and I am not sure what the hell I paid for to be honest. Also, I never got my paperwork back. Most of it was missing from the file.
While dealing with this law firm they never gave me updates on what we’re doing with my case. Only when I called the out on it and said I would like to stop payment and go somewhere else. They refused to give my money back.
I’ve told these people to stop calling me and I was no longer interested. They call worse than debt collectors.
