I have had Family Members on Both sides of my family use David Beck services.!! In at least three Different cases There was a clear commutation Break Down.! Mr. Beck is Never in his office. There is Always Delays in getting Paper work and Legel Documint’s being Filed with the Clerk of courts in a timely manner.!!
My MIL passed away January 2024. My husband, her only child, paid this company to handle the paperwork and what-not with probate court to get her vehicle put in his name. That’s it. No other property, just the vehicle. As of today (March 28, 2025) it’s STILL NOT taken care of. AND THE COURT HAS NO RECORD OF ANYTHING BEING FILED. Whenever he calls and speaks with someone (a female) about the situation, he gets the runaround and bullshited.
Worst place in Portsmouth! Took 3 months to file a deed and they didn’t put the joint survivor ship correctly on it and will not correct it, file it or answer my calls! Paid them for a service in July and still don’t have my correct deed for my house! This is a sitting judge! I will be filing a grievance! DO NOT USE ThIS FIRM! By the way the secretary said 3-4 weeks and this would be completed! 5 months later here I am still waiting for the deed to my house!
