Had him take care my mom estate in 2019. He did a great job and worked with me. And wrote my father’s will that just passed away Friday 13 2023
Spoke to this atty about a civil case and he gave me advise but obviously needed a retainer to move forward and because he didn’t seem confident on the civil case we were discussing I didn’t go with him and went w/ another atty…BUT that atty turned out to be even worse so fired him and called this atty back again to take on my case, but he couldn’t at the time because his case load was too big, but I still spoke with him and he gave me advise. ***HERE IS THE KICKER*** THIS ATTY FORGOT WE SPOKE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEN CAME INTO COURT AS AN EXPERT WITNESS FOR THE OTHER SIDE TO TESTIFY AGAINST ME………..NEVER EVEN SPEAK TO THIS MAN, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HIRE HIM…HORRIBLE WAY OF PRACTICING LAW & YOUR EXCUSE SHOULD NEVER BE, “I DON’T REMEMBER SPEAKING TO YOU.” WELL, YA DID SIR….MULTIPLE TIMES (head down with hand in my face)….AND YOU SHOULD REMEMBER!!!! smh
I referred my daughter to Mr. Goldberg cause I went to him and he was nasty to her! Im disappointed in his behavior and won’t recommend him to anyone else.
