Nice store
We were referred by many stating he was the best in Delaware Co. From the start, he was very short with me. One time I came in, he called me another clients name. I was aware that my situation could take quite a few months, but after 8 months, nothing progressed. I could never get ahold of him, I had to call his office for updates since he never updated me personally. His secretary had different information in terms of my situation, so every time I talked with her and him, there was contradicting information – for example, I was told the defendant was served papers, and two months later, I was told that actually didn’t happen yet. The private investigator that was hired to serve papers called me saying a description of who he was looking for, and all of the information was incorrect (saying I had a son, when my case is about my daughter). And when I called again for another update, they stated that they were waiting on paperwork on my end, but the information in my paperwork was already established. The blame was then pointed to me, and when I expressed my concerns, they dropped my case…I understand that a case as sensitive as this can take time with the right amount of effort and appreciation, but felt like myself personally and my case wasn’t important. I just feel like I wasted my time and expenses when it came to Tony.
