The representation I received was a disgrace! I tried calling many times to share information or to receive status of the case only to be told someone would call me back and no one ever did. Important information I gave to one of the paralegals to give to the ADA was never communicated placing me in a humiliating position in the courtroom at one of the pre trial hearings. Two weeks before trial, I finally got a chance to meet with the ADA handling the case I shared information that would have won the case, but the information I gave was never presented at trial, which we lost! My doctor, who testified, as well as myself could not believe that the defendants medical records were not presented as evidence at trial. This evidence was crucial to prove the case! The judge even said that had he had this information the outcome of the trial would have probably been different. It took a lot to stand up for myself in this case. It was a traumatic life changing event for me and even more traumatic feeling I became a victim all over again. Justice was not served.
I was able to be blessed to go take care of seen someone who I truly adore I heated up to you if you need to get on the way home there was nothing to say besides I was in the wrong. I called this beautiful sole Miss Anger or Ms Anger I was trying to just get an attorney Or a later date Because I just had a mess of storms in the last 6 years Followed by three years of life blessings I never expected the outcome I followed the rules that she asked me to do I called her she asked me to call her at certain times three time I just wanted a lawyer this point I was just hoping for an attorney. Nope She went far above my expectations. Thank you for the officer who was anger with me as you should been to meeting a laughing anger to feeling a bubble of love and respect for the fact I will not go to jail today. Thank goodness for kind understanding folks who helped me slow down. GOD MADE A WAY TO CHANGE ME & I can’t thank you enough the experience has helped me more than you know. Blessing I appreciate this gift.
