Mrs Britt has been unprepared and dishonest causing my case to go on for five years with no resolution. Her connections because of her husband‘s position as a judge allow her to get away with this behavior. I have had six preemptory settings, and never actually got to be in front of Judge Farris for a full trial. Now she is dragging her feet on document productions and falsifying them when she does actually complete them. You will not be served well, avoid her at all costs. To be clear, she is representing as my ex husband.
If you’re looking to give away your money for nothing at all well then Sharon Britt is your attorney. After I handed over $2500, this is when they give you an employment contract that states that $1,000 of this money is a non-refundable retainer!!! Let me say it one more time After I gave them $2,500. And on top of that there was another $180 charge for some b******* that what’s non-refundable also I still don’t understand what that was for. Now her paralegal on the other hand is awesome she’s kind and very knowledgeable. I mean Sharon Britt only spoke to my daughter one time in reference to her custody case and that was at the very beginning when I had to pay $100 consultation fee. My daughter went into mediation without any knowledge without any advice without anything I mean she’s 21 years old what does she know about custody this is her first time going through this it looks like her attorney would give her some kind of advice I mean am I wrong to think that she would? Anyway if I were you I’d find someone else to represent me I know I’ll never go back to her.
It is NOT recommended to engage her services for your Child Support case, as she has a track record of taking advantage of clients and not providing the necessary support for a successful outcome. Her lack of preparation and dedication to her clients has resulted in significant financial loss that took hard earn money from my kids eating table. Please exercise caution and seek alternative options to ensure a fair outcome for your case.
