I simply called trying to obtain information for a clients attorney. It seems the older woman who answered may be hard at hearing. I asked her to look a case up and gave her client name and she snapped back at me what I needed, i asked her where i was Calling to confirm i was Calling the correct place as well as her major attitude caused me to question where i was Calling. She then refused to give me her name & said it didn’t matter. She yelled “call the court” and hung up. Completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
My husband had an issue from several years ago and did not reside in Lexington, NC. Carlos was able to do all the footwork and coordinated with the DA, even with us being out of state to get the issue dismissed. I would highly recommend Carlos, he is very personable, knowledgable, and always available for any questions or updates on your case via text or phone call. Lastly, he is VERY affordable!!!! It was an overall pleasure for myself, as well as my husband to work with Carlos and his pleasant and highly efficient assistant Jean. Thank you both!!!!
