I hired Mr. Goralski in 2022 to help get corrections made to my DD214 and he’s taken off with my money after doing only the same step that I had informed him of 2 denials in the past. I’ve been trying to resolve this non-communication issue through calls, emails, more calls, and by making appointments which he has been a NO show multiple times. He’s been nearly impossible to get ahold of once he dismissed me as a client in his mind, and no-shows on appointments. Due to this negligence, I’m coming up on the deadline for DD214 corrections to be made, after which none can be made. This has caused loss of wages and hardship to my family due to loss of work opportunities. He is currently under investigation with the BAR association and the DOJ. I would stay away from this attorney, despite his very appealing social media videos. His response to this review is going to be that he did email me back on Nov 20, 2024 addressing the issues (after over a year of no contact!) -and that is partially true. However, my request for a refund and my request for a copy of the original contract we entered into, has been unanswered and he only responded to me at all because of being reported to the BAR and multiple calls and messages sent to his call center in Jacksonville. Long story short – I paid Mr. Goralski $3500 to repeat a step I had already done, and then ghosted me.
