I was dealing with all kinds of custody issues me and my ex worked out custody arrangements without going to court. Shell Pearce showed up to court twice for 30 min maybe. Got my cases continued constantly and then when we settled out of court without using attorneys refused to refund the $5000 dollars I paid him for custody and when I confronted him with it he said I charged you a flat rate there is no refund. And then went on to tell me that he would forward all my files to me and withdrawl from all my Cases. And communication was never there. I don’t understand how anyone runs a business with so little communication. And then cheats people out of money. If you have money to be cheated out of I’d call him. Or me I would atleast communicate with you to make you think you were getting what you paid for ……
