Absolutely wonderful people. They help any way they can. Super nice and respectful.

I was dealing with all kinds of custody issues me and my ex worked out custody arrangements without going to court. Shell Pearce showed up to court twice for 30 min maybe. Got my cases continued constantly and then when we settled out of court without using attorneys refused to refund the $5000 dollars I paid him for custody and when I confronted him with it he said I charged you a flat rate there is no refund. And then went on to tell me that he would forward all my files to me and withdrawl from all my Cases. And communication was never there. I don’t understand how anyone runs a business with so little communication. And then cheats people out of money. If you have money to be cheated out of I’d call him. Or me I would atleast communicate with you to make you think you were getting what you paid for ……

Mr. Pearce was my court appointment lawyer years ago. Got my case dismissed.

Mr Pearce is hands down top notch when he isn’t dealing with BIGGER cases! Didn’t show up to 2 of my husbands court dates due to BIGGER cases but when he did show he did exactly what needed to be done! Definitely recommend Pearce!

Mr Pearce was recommended to me by a friend. He was my lawyer (who I paid a lot of money) in my custody case with my childrens father, and it was a devastating experience. Granted my case was postponed for nearly a year because of covid, but when our court date finally came – he had no recollection of my case, he may as well have been my ex’s lawyer. He did not fight for what myself, or my children wanted and deserved, he did absolutely nothing! Mr. Pearce is just another arrogant lawyer who doesn’t care about his clients.

I am very happy with the hard work I got from him. To be honest I didn’t expect him to really do anything bc he was court appointed like most of them. However he was able to get my case dismissed. I will be forever greatful and would recommend him to anyone. Yes he may continue or not show up for court but he is a busy man and I’m sure there is always a reason for it. Thank you once again for all your hard work & caring enough to go the extra mile!
