I do not recommend this firm for representation in any matter. I found that the attorney that I was paired with was very unprofessional and refused to communicate with me. The attorney that I had spoke with during my consultation made false promises of actions that he would take to address my needs. I attempted to contact him multiple times through email and phone channels and he and his paralegal refused to respond. I was essentially charged a consultation fee, made false promises and then ignored. I have worked with a wide array of fims for professional reasons during my life and I have never had a more unprofessional experience than I had with this attorney.
Heather Higgins was wonderful to assist myself and my husband with a family law legal issue. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and understood our needs. Mrs. Higgins guided us through the court process to achieve a prompt resolution. I highly recommend Mrs. Higgins for your legal needs.
Don’t waste your time with Molly Gross from this firm. I went here with my father for power of attorney paperwork and estate planning. My experience has been less than professional and similar to that of many others who have posted about this firm. No response to my email for over a month then when I requested a simple phone call to clarify some questions, they wanted them sent in an email. Laughable at this point. I did finally receive a phone call from her assistant who again wanted any questions sent by email and I again simply asked to speak with Ms. Gross. They wanted another in person meeting at her hourly rate or a teleconference call. I explained that I had already paid for an in person meeting and just wanted to speak with Ms. Gross about two simple changes. Well this started back in October of 2024 and I still have not received a call from her. Glad to take your money but not interested in giving you their time.
