I bought a home in Hendersonville site unseen From Colorado I had no choice Closers In Colorado we use closing companies not lawyers So I was not familiar These people were inefficient Rude Condescending And controlling right from the very start To my financial advisors And My bank Officers They didn’t realize Colorado is Mountain Time Nobody could get that through their thick skulls Now I had a property tax Question Called the office And the person who answered the phone rude condescending Hung up on me Two months ago I should have gotten more paperwork from them Called They had had it for a month and hadn’t sent it to me And I would still not have it unless I had called and asked about it And that same person who answered the phone was rude to me at that time also This is totally unacceptable I don’t know who they think they are But they’re not what they think they are I am the consumer They work for me And they got paid by me Totally unacceptable Very unprofessional Do not use these people
